??The event invited?primary and secondary school students, football fans, passionate passengers, bloggers, and media representatives to board Mexico City's Light Rail Line 1, immersing themselves in the green travel experience offered by the modern light rail trains developed by CRRC.
??The event started at the Estadio Azteca, the venue of the 2026 FIFA World Cup opening ceremony and?matches. Leveraging the direct access provided by the STE light rail line, it?deeply integrates?the rail transit experience with football culture, science popularization, and cultural exchange.
??During the event, the smoothly running train was transformed into a mobile classroom. CRRC engineer Rodrigo Olvera delivered a systematic presentation on the modern light rail vehicles' advantages, including energy efficiency?and eco-friendliness, intelligence and?comfort, and adaptability to the local environment, allowing the public to experience?the technological appeal of rail transit.
??The train also transformed into a mobile?cultural lounge, where Chinese and Mexican melodies blended and resonated?within the carriage. CRRC’s local employee, Jorge Gómez García, performed a guitar rendition of "La Copa Suena", the official promotional song for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. His cheerful?rhythm ignited the passengers’?passion, leading to an impromptu chorus among them. Later, a Chinese woman in Hanfu?played the classic folk tune "Molihua" (Jasmine Flower) on the hulusi?(a?traditional gourd flute). Mexican?young?football enthusiasts showcased fancy footwork and ball-juggling skills, creating the most infectious scene of the event.
