Escalation Survival Thriller ‘Deadpoint’ Will Star ‘Black Adam’s’ Quintessa Swindell

Today is March 31, 2022, which means that the Cry 6 the release date is now exactly one year away. Ghostface will return to the big screen on March 31, 2023the new movie hit theaters about a year, two months after the franchise returned last January.

If you think this is a quick turnaround, let’s not forget that Wes Craven Cry 2 hit theaters *less than* a year after the first movie hit theaters!

The same way the pressure was put on Craven, Kevin Williamson and company in 1997 when Cry 2 has been ordered and sped up, the Radio Silence team is surely feeling the pressure right now. What do they have in mind Cry 6, you ask? Discuss with Empire Reviewdirectors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillette recently shared some thoughts.

“This movie has to be willing to risk everything to subvert all those expectations,” Gillet told Empire.

He added, “And we’re so far down the rabbit hole Yell movies, that it’s all to be won at this point.” Looks like everything is on the table… and no one is safe.
