On their couple’s first-ever vacation as Empty Nests, Kelly Ripa and hubby Mark Consuelos were either getting big or coming home. So naturally they decided to climb some massive rocks. by Kelly Recent Instagram shows the couple rock climbing and showcases their incredibly strong legs. Apparently, once the kids are gone, the adventures happen!

At 51, Kelly loves sporting adventures. She captioned her IG post: “Couples therapy.” And the fans were very impressed: “What is there something you can’t do ???🔥❤️🔥”, asked one of them. Another commented, “Look at your legs woman! 🙌🏼💪🏼,” which was picked up by “Thigh Goals!!!

The 25-year-old couple share three children: Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin, 19, per We Weekly. “The couple that sweats together stays together,” one follower added, and yes, that seems to be true!

To get those sculpted legs, Kelly has been working with her trainer, Anna Kaiser, for 12 years. On instagramKaiser called Kelly “magical” and attributed her strength to Kelly’s consistency and dedication to the gym.

Kelly trains four to five days a week, and she “NEVER CANCEL!!!” Kaiser said. “Listen, if I can share a secret with you, it’s THIS. Show up for you. Show up for your coach. Show up because you both deserve to make the magic happen together” , said his caption. Looks like these two are the motivation of the other!

Kaiser is famous for his dance-infused high-intensity interval training classes. She said women’s health how these two workouts combine to create a 360-degree sculpting experience: “The best thing about the marriage of dance and HIIT is that you move through multiple planes of motion and have fun. You really have to focus on different types of muscle contractions and angles, not just doing exercises to feel a burn.”

The workout type provides variety in Kelly’s fitness routine, strengthening all of her muscles instead of targeting the same areas over and over. “If you do the same moves over and over again, you won’t get the full benefits,” Kaiser said. W.H..

Kelly is also aware of the food she puts into her body. She often eats a high-alkaline, low-acid meal plan, which she says helps her feel and look her best, according to People. “The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don’t strictly adhere to it,” she said. She adds, however, that her normal diet is not much different from the alkaline diet.
